Having such a small group gathered for a few days really gives us the opportunity to explore what is and isn’t working and where you do and don’t need to spend money.

This is our third Exchange. The ROI comes from the efficiency of one on one meetings with 10 to 12 CISOs. The majority of the time, it ends in a second meeting.

Of our 12 to 14 business meetings, we’ll be following up with 80 percent. We should have ROI in 30 to 60 days. I would definitely do another Exchange.
